Handmade in the UK, the mattress is hand tufted for extra durability and shape. It’s also got intelligent wool, which regulates temperature naturally and gives a breathable, fresh sleeping surface. The double sided mattress has anti allergenic fillings, perfect for sensitive sleepers who want a hypoallergenic environment. Covered in Belgian damask fabric, the mattress looks luxurious and breathes and feels soft. The combination of these top quality materials means a luxurious and supportive sleep.
The Platinum 5000 mattress sits on an ottoman end lift divan base, made from FSC certified MDF wood. The sturdy frame is 18mm thick and lined with an 8mm MFC veneered board, for a strong and eco friendly base. This base has four times more storage than a traditional divan bed, with an internal depth of 22cm for storing bedding, clothes and other essentials, all while keeping your bedroom tidy.
For easy access to the storage space the bed has smooth 600N gas lift pistons for 3ft, 4ft, 4ft6, 5ft, 6ft and 400N pistons for the 2ft6, so lifting the bed is easy and convenient. From the moment you place your order our external delivery team and customer service staff are dedicated in providing a delivery service in the best possible manner.
Any orders placed after 13:00pm will be processed the next working day.
1. Once your order has been received and processed by our sales team we will send your order to our production team in the warehouse.
2. Your order is then hand crafted by one of our experienced craftsmen.
3. Your order is packaged and ready for our delivery team.
4. Our delivery team will email you regarding a date delivery can be made with a suitable estimated 4 hour time slot
5. Your order is then delivered by our delivery courier and you will be notified 30 minutes prior to delivery being made.
We offer a free 2 man delivery service to hallway across United kingdom however in the following remote areas listed below where we can not guarantee delivery within our usual timeframe of 3-5 working days will incur an additional charge.

For failed deliveries we hold the rights to reserve £80 (Per Item) for re-delivery costs.
